Our in-store teams have to always make sure that the correct account has been selected, therefore for verification, our teams will ask that you confirm certain personal information from your account that you have registered with us.
Your Screwfix card has now gone digital. To help us on our journey to becoming a more sustainable business we are phasing out our plastic Screwfix cards and key fobs. You can access the digital version on the app.
Yes, you can still use you physical Screwfix card and key fob in-store. You also have the digital version available to use on the app.
